Ladies, I am very excited to welcome you a special gathering of Womb Wisdom with movement and breath on this SAT night.  I and my dearest friend, an amazing breath work practitioner Suzy Perry (in LONDON) will be inviting you to this special juicy night.  

　

　

I met Suzy in Bali at dance retreat few years back and we connected immediately. We were in the middle of overcoming challenges in our life and we supported each other through the path. She made herself bravery recover from a cancer tumor in her yoni and brain injury after with breath work . I was going through depression after my miscarriage and midterm abortion. Womb healing was something we both needed the most and look how far we both have come!!! YES, these were definitly challenging moments in our life but those story don't really define who we are now. In fact, through those experience we re-built our passion to be practitioners to support others other journey.

 I will guide you through exploring you own feminine essence starting with chakra awakening warm up, Shakti flow such as gentle flow of waves, infinity energy loops, shimmies, dynamic hip movements and sensual floor dance. Now feeling empowered with your Shakti awake, we will go into Breathwork. Our womb holds so many messages and insights for us, through a cleansing breath we can release any emotional blockages we may be holding here, to allow us to harness this powerful life force energy for deeper wisdom and clarity. 

 

ABOUT FACILITATORS

Suzy

Suzy came to understand the significant of the breath when in 2017, after sustaining of the breath a traumatic brain injury, it was all she had left. In that moment she chose to take the empowered choice and for 14months totally bed bound harnessed this tool. Now qualified in holotropic, rebirthing and HypnoBreathwork®️ Suzy is highly passionate about sharing this miracle with you.

Nashwa

Movement facilitator, dance artist, certified Datura style fusion belly dance teacher and fitness lover. Japanese-born and Singapore-based. Started belly dance in Tokyo at age 19 with Mishaal, founder of Shakti dance, over 15 years of her career, she combines her love for fitness and intimacy energy work with many years of creative directing performing arts. Her focus is first and foremost cultivating a safe and supportive space for all women to explore their true essence through movement.

今回コラボレーションするブレスワーク プラクティショナーのSuzyとは数年前のバリのダンスリトリートで出会い、すぐに意気投合しました。その時、彼女はがんの誘発性のある子宮脳腫瘍の回復途中で私は中期中絶の後、弱っていた時期でした。2人ともダンスを通じて子宮の空間を癒しを求めていました。彼女はその後、神経系の病気で脳手術を経験し、14ヶ月の間ベッドに寝たきりだったところからブレスワークで回復し、今はブレスワーカーとしてロンドンで生活しています。

　

　

皆さん、シャクティという言葉をご存知ですか？

シャクティとは宇宙的な生命エネルギーを意味します。

女性性のエネルギーとして、また女神としても解釈されますがシャクティは

男性にも女性にも存在する根源的な生命力の源。そのエネルギーを動きでアプローチし、

その後にブレスワークで子宮の空間へと繋がっていきます。
